NILE ATLASMACROLAB

EMAIL SUBSCRIPTIONS · UPDATED 30 OCTOBER 2026

What happens to your email address.

Email is an optional way to follow Nile Atlas MacroLab. You can read the website without joining the email list.

What the form collects

The subscription form records your email address, selected countries, subscription status, consent version and the time of your request. Confirmation and delivery records help manage activation, avoid duplicate messages and respect unsubscribe requests.

Please use your own email address. The form does not ask for payment details or an account password.

Launch-list requests and active subscriptions

When the page says email delivery is not active, your request joins the email launch list. It does not mean a confirmation message has been sent or that daily email has started. You must confirm your address before briefing delivery is activated.

When email delivery is enabled, a confirmation link is sent to the address provided. Confirmation and unsubscribe links contain private subscription tokens. Keep those links private.

How the information is used

Your address is used for Nile Atlas subscription messages: confirming your request, delivering briefings for the markets you selected and managing your subscription. Your address is not published in public news pages, datasets or feeds, and the subscription list is not offered for sale.

The site’s hosting and database infrastructure process subscription records. When email is enabled, an email delivery provider processes the destination address, message content and delivery responses to send the messages.

Changing your mind

Confirmed subscribers can stop briefing delivery using the unsubscribe link in any briefing email. The website’s unsubscribe page asks you to confirm the action before changing the subscription. Supporting email applications can also stop delivery directly through their one-click unsubscribe control.

Submitting the form again does not bypass confirmation or reactivate an unsubscribed address by itself. Subscription and technical delivery records may remain to manage consent, prevent duplicate messages and keep an opt-out effective.

Operational safeguards

The service validates form submissions, limits repeated requests and stores confirmation and unsubscribe tokens in hashed form. The public subscription endpoints do not provide a list of subscribers or disclose whether another person’s address is already subscribed.

Confirmation links expire. Delivery errors are handled separately from successful sends; a signup confirmation screen is not evidence that a briefing has arrived.

The public research workspace

The email list is separate from economic observations and model inputs. You do not need to subscribe to access the dashboard. Display preferences may be stored in your browser, while hosting infrastructure can process technical access information under its own policies.

Mina Lawendy creates and curates the independent workspace. Read the editorial process and sources and methods for how the research content is prepared.
